• The industry standard is 150mm. A stub cill may be required if you have a small reveal or are sitting your door forward in the reveal and want to minimize the projection of the cill. You may choose an 190mm cill if the door is sitting back in the reveal and you need to bridge the brickwork at the base of the door. As profile sections are very narrow on solaTHERM doors, the option of no cill is not available.

Leaded Glass

• Lead is 9mm wide.
• Choice of Square or Diamond Leaded.
• When ordering square leaded please advise by e- mail your existing square size and preferred grid layout.
• When ordering Diamond Leaded please advise existing diamond size.
• CAD drawings are provided for square leaded glass only, to ensure our layout matches your current design.
• If not advised otherwise we will manufacture to our standard layout.

Georgian Bar

• Choice of 18mm or 25mm bar width.
• Integral between glass.
• Available in White, Brown and Acorn colours.
• When ordering please advise by e- mail your existing square size and preferred grid layout.
• Full CAD drawings are provided after an order has been placed, to ensure our layout matches your current design or preferred choice.
• If not advised otherwise we will manufacture to our standard layout .

• Self-cleaning glass uses a microscopic coating with a unique dual-action. The first stage is ‘photocatalytic’ – the coating reacts with daylight to break down organic dirt.

• The second stage is ‘hydrophilic’ – instead of forming droplets, rainwater hits the glass and spreads evenly, running off in a ‘sheet’ and taking the loosened dirt with it, also drying without leaving streaks

The manual cord system is perfect if you are looking for an effortless integral blind system that combines a smart operation with a modern style. With a unique magnetic function that enables you to raise and lower and tilt Venetian blinds that are hermetically sealed in the double glazing unit.

The smart style of the corded integral blind system is accompanied by a black warm edge spacer bar to produce unique appeal, while also delivering outstanding U-Values.

An exceptional product that uses clever magnets, fixed to the external glass by high performance adhesive, allowing for perfect alignment with an internal magnet, by using a cord system the blinds in glass can be raised lowered and tilted. The cord is held under tension with a cord tensioner to comply with the British Blind and Shutter Associationu2018Make it Safeu2019 campaign. This magnet principle does not compromise the unit seal and guarantees the perfect integrity of the double-glazing unit.

Commercial Blinds

• Glass sizes of up to 1m wide are classed as domestic blinds.

• Glass sizes between 1m and 2.8m are classed as commercial blinds. The blind slats are exactly the same as used on the domestic blinds but the drive gear that operates the blind travel and tilting is designed specifically to deal with the additional load.

Trickle vents on French doors are fitted to the first and last sash, the exception to this is the SolaTHERM French door where they are situated on a 42mm frame extension at the head of the doors above the first and last sash.
