How Slide and Fold works
We’ve designed our process to be as easy to use and painless for you as possible.
Here’s how it works.
Create your product
At this stage, you’re in the driver’s seat.
Use our custom product builder to create the doors and windows you’ve been dreaming of.
Customise size, colour, style and more, creating something truly unique to you.
If our unique product builder can’t create what you’re after, or if you’re not sure what you need, give us a call and we’ll help make your idea a reality. We’re here to help with any project, big or small.
Quality control
Before leaving our factory, every single product is rigorously tested and given the Slide and Fold seal of approval.
In the unlikely event that you have issues with your product, simply get in touch with our support specialists.
We’re always here to solve any issues (usually within 24 hours!).
Delivery
We will deliver your doors and windows in person; we don’t rely on third-party delivery agents, we handle it all ourselves (this means we can be sure it gets to you in one piece, exactly as expected!).
Our support doesn’t end at delivery. We’re always at the end of the phone or an email should you need anything, even years after you’ve installed your products!
